Dale retired from the fire and EMS service in 2020 after dedicating 37 years to the citizens of the State of Florida. He was a Shift Commander at the rank of Battalion Chief in operations and supervised the fire investigative unit. He co-founded the Lee County Fire-Arson Task Force. He is currently the Operating Manager at Reisen Fire Consultants and the Executive Director for the Florida Youth Firesetter Intervention Network.
Doug has been in the fire and EMS business since 2000. He currently is the Fire Chief of Bayshore Fire Department in North Fort Myers, and he is the Task Force Commander of the Lee County Fire-Arson Task Force.
Mark retired from Bonita Springs Fire Department in 2007 where he served as Fire Marshal. He currently serves as the Fire Chaplain for Estero Fire Rescue, South Trail Fire Rescue, San Carlos Park Fire Rescue, Lehigh Acres Fire Rescue and Sanibel Fire Rescue in Southwest, Florida. Mark is also fire peer member of the CISM Team of SW Florida.
Susan retired from Estero Fire Rescue in 2024 where she served as the Director of Public Affairs, overseeing media relations, PIO, public education and assisted in the Youth Firesetter Program. She is a Certified District Manager and is a graduate of the Emergency Management Institute and recognized as a FEMA Master Public Information Officer. She is currently the Safety Director at KMI Services in Lakeland, Florida.
Scott started his career in the fire and EMS field in 2001 with Matlacha/Pine Island Fire Department in Lee County, Florida. He currently holds the position of Captain in operations. In 2005, he was appointed to oversee the training and operations of the department's emergency marine units.
Matt has been a part of the fire and EMS services since 1989. His career started as a volunteer firefighter with Sanibel Fire Rescue where he worked his way up the ranks to Fire Chief in 2016. He retired from SFD in 2020. He was a member of the Lee County Incident Management Team, holding the positions of Safety Officer, Operations Chief, and Incident Commander.
Pamela started her fire service career in 2003 where she served several fire departments in Collier County. As a member of the Collier County Fire Marshals Association, she was appointed to the fire alarm committee and played a key role in shaping the fire safety protocols and improving the fire alarms systems in Collier County. She currently serves as the Fire Marshal with East Lake Fire Rescue in Pinellas County, Florida.
