• Chief Fire Officer (9516) - 60 hours.
• Ethical and Legal Issues for the Fire Service (2770) - 45 hours.
• Analytical Approaches in Public Fire Protection (3780) - 45 hours.
• ICS 400 Advanced ICS for Command and General Staff - 16 hours.
• Courage to be Safe - National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Course (4807) - 6 hours.

• Students must possess a Florida Fire Officer III Certificate.
• Strategic Planning (3720) - 45 hours.
• Community Risk Reduction (3533) - 45 hours.
• Personal Management for the Fire & Emergency Services (4045) - 45 hours.
• Courage to be Safe - National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Course (4807) - 6 hours.
• Elective: choose one of the following:

                      Quantitative Analysis (9884) - 45 hours or

                      Capstone Project

• Students must possess a Florida Firefighter Certificate of Compliance.
• Students must possess a Florida Fire Officer Certificate.
• Florida Incident Safety Officer (6742) - 45 hours.
• Courage to be Safe - National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Course (4807) - 6 hours.

• Florida Health and Safety Officer (6741) - 45 hours.
• Legal Issues for the Safety Officer (7529) - 45 hours.
• Courage to be Safe - National Fallen Firefighters Foundation Course (4807) - 6 hours.

• Students must possess a Florida Firefighter Certificate of Compliance.
• Students must possess a Florida Fire Officer Certificate.
• Students must possess an Incident Safety Officer Certificate of Compliance.
• Students must possess a Health and Safety Officer Certificate of Compliance.

• Fire and Life Safety Educator I (1793) - 45 hours.
• Fire and Life Safety Educator II (2794) - 24 hours.

• Students must possess an active Florida Fire Safety Inspector III Certificate.
• Has six years of full-time experience working as a Certified Fire Safety Inspector and who successfully completes the advanced training for fire prevention management and code enforcement outlined in FAC 69A-39.005(2)  or

             Ten years of full-time experience working as a certified Fire Safety Inspector      

             combined with at least five years of full-time management experience.
