Registration and Refund Policy

Registration by Phone / Email: Some courses may ask you to call or email us to register for the course due to required student counts before payment is required. Please call us at 239-770-7049 or email us at dale@reisensafetytraining.com
Paying by Check or Purchase Order: If you are paying with a government check or you have a government purchase order number, please call us to register for a course.
Full Refund: If a student pays for a course and the course is cancelled by the client, the student will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: A student must cancel their course registration seven (7) calendar days prior to the first day of class. An email must be received, titled Withdraw Registration, notifying us of the course name that you wish to be withdrawn from. A course refund will be approved less the administrative cancellation fee of $40 dollars. For the specialized courses, if a refund is approved an administrative cancellation fee of $50 dollars will be applied.
Credit Refund: If a student pays for a course and later withdraws from the course before the course starts should email us and ask for a Refund Credit. The student shall receive a credit towards another course less the administrative cancellation fee of $40 dollars.
